This Privacy Policy dictates the manner in which Agile for Project Managers and Dave Prior ("A4PM", "we", "us" ) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User", "you") of the www.agile4projectmanagers.com website ("Site"). A4PM may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for includes, but not limited to, name, email addresss, mailing address, phone number, employer, and certification status. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. TO PROCESS TRAINING APPLICATIONS, RFP REQUESTS, CONTACT INQUIRIES, AND PAYMENT
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when straining applications,While we do not share information with outside parties, we may share this necessary information with appropriate parties in order to provide the certification Specifically, names and contact information as well as training confirmation.

TO RUN A PROMOTION, CONTEST, SURVEY OR OTHER SITES FEATURES
To send users information they agreed to receive about said promotion, contest, survey, or other feature.

TO SEND PERIODIC EMAILS
We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their training application or information request. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User registers as a student and/or decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include organization news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, User should email training (at) a4pm (dot) net. Unsubscribing to our emails may cause training applications to be marked as inactive.

How We Protect Your Information

We use third-party applications including MailChimp, JotForm, Moodle, Google Docs, Zoom, Miro, and SurveyMonkey for data collection, storage, and processing. Applications  

User submission of training applications are operated by third-parties listed above. Information collected through the online application include name, address, telephone and email addresses, school/work history, or other information ("Application Information"). Application Information provided through this process is submitted using a form on the third-party website, and subject to its privacy policy which you should review before providing information. Application Information that we receive will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

Sharing Personal Information

We do share User contact information with certification organizations after a student has completed a training course.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes of organization promotion. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out awards, newsletters, or surveys. We may share your information with these third-parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.

Third-Party Websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Sites that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. A4PM may share or re-share User photos, names, city/state of residence as shared on on our social media accounts for the purposes of organization promotion.

A4PM has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Governing Law & Your Acceptance of These Terms
